3.1.4 Oklahoma does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawals

3.2.1 You may request withdrawal of available funds in your account balance at any time, subject to completing all identity verification requirements and meeting any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

3.2.2 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We reserve the right to process withdrawals back to the original deposit method to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code

8.3 Any unauthorized use of okloto intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action to protect our rights.

9.2 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.3 Oklahoma does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Technical issues, system maintenance, internet disruptions, or third-party failures may occasionally affect Service availability.

9.4 Your use of okloto Services is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, mobile device, or loss of data resulting from use of the Services.

9.5 Oklahoma's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of okloto Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.3 Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting okloto customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints through good faith negotiation.

10.4 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authorities.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Waiver: Oklahoma's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.3 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any other person. Oklahoma may assign or transfer these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity.

11.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and okloto regarding your use of the Services.

11.5 Language: In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
